The complete Always Human webcomic is available in print, courtesy of the wonderful people at Little Bee Books!Season 1 (chapters 1 to 37) has been printed as Always Human.Season 2 (chapters 38 through to the epilogue) has been printed as Love and Gravity: An Always Human Story. If you want a copy for yourself you can find them at Bookshop.org, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, or anywhere you normally get books :)

Both books contain updated art, and some adjusted dialogue to better suit the print medium and the YA demographic. We all worked very hard to put together the print editions. We hope you like them!(I, personally, think they're fantastic. I might be a bit biased.)

I'm running a release campaign to thank everyone who preorders or purchases Love & Gravity before the end of August and submits their receipt during the campaign period.Goodies will be sent out when the campaign is over (the beginning of September.)I've been asked to extend the campaign by a few days. The forms will stay open until Monday the 4th of September, and the rewards will start to go out after that :)

If you order the softcover or ebook you'll receive Something Old, Something New, a short digital comic about Sunati and Austen's future engagement and wedding. You'll also receive a digital copy of the Always Human soundtrack, including a brand new track to go with the bonus comic. To receive these digital goodies, please fill out the softcover/ebook form here.

If you order the hardcover, in addition to the bonus comic/soundtrack, I'll also post out to you a postcard print and two signed chibi bookplate stickers, one for each book (printed on plain ordinary non-smudging paper, I have learned my lesson!)To receive all the digital and physical goodies, please fill out the hardcover form here.

Questions about the booksWhat's the difference between the hardcover and the softcover?
Both books are completely identical on the inside.
However the covers are slightly different. When you take the slip covers off the hardcover books, you'll see a different illustration underneath (since the paperback doesn't have slip covers, it obviously doesn't have anything hidden underneath.)
(The Love and Gravity illustration that's underneath the slip cover was drawn to match the Always Human cover. It's neat!)What's the best way to order the book?
If you live in the US or Canada, and this is a feasible option for you, it's always really cool to order books from independent bookstores - either in person, or online at bookshop.org
If you live elsewhere, or it's otherwise not feasible, please order the book in whatever way suits you. All book orders are a big help to me and greatly appreciated, thank you!Now that book depository's gone, do you have any suggested alternatives with free international shipping?I miss book depository too :(Depending on where you live, you might find that Wordery, fishpond or Amazon (not US Amazon, but one close to you) are good alternatives. You said the dialogue has been adjusted a bit for the print books. Can you elaborate? In the webtoon version of Always Human there's a lot of empty space between panels. This space doesn't exist in graphic novel format, so some of the dialogue was pruned down a bit, to be more concise and flow better when laid out on a page. Also, the print edition is marketed towards an YA audience, unlike the webtoon version which has no real target audience. As such, Austen's swearing was toned down for the print edition, and some of the dialogue was adjusted in her arc in season 2, to be more appropriate for a younger audience. The original version remains online on Webtoon :)

Questions about the Love & Gravity campaignI ordered the hardcover, do I get the digital goodies (the engagement/wedding comic + the soundtrack) as well as the physical goodies?Yep!Do I have to fill out a google form for the campaign? It's making me sign in to gmail, I'd rather just email you.Things got really confusing last time with all those emails, and in an attempt to be kind to myself I'll only be accepting responses via the form, sorry!I missed the preorder campagin for book 1, is there any chance I can get the goodies from then?Yes, maybe :)I'm planning on uploading the digital comics I drew for campaign one online soon, for everyone to read (and the comic I'm drawing for this campaign will be in turn uploaded eventually.)I also have some of the physical goodies remaining from the first campaign, and am happy to send them out to people who order the Love and Gravity hardcover, and fill out the order campaign form. This is strictly a while stock remains situation. There's no guarantee. When I run out, that's it.I currently have no plans to reprint any of the physical goodies, for campaign 1 or 2.I ordered Love and Gravity and filled out the form, when do I receive the goodies? All goodies will go out at the conclusion of the campaign, i.e. the beginning of September. This is another decision I've made to be kind to myself :)This means you should receive the digital goodies in the first few days of September. The physical goodies will take however long the international postal service takes to deliver mail to you, I'm afraid that's out of my hands. Hopefully you'll receive them in October?
